In the first two years you will have the unique opportunity from day one to experience the fascination of the elevator business, supporting senior managers in running their daily businesses, contributing to projects or assuming project responsibility yourself.
As you succeed to advance, you will become independent in running your team, assuming growing leadership responsibility including a mandatory assignment abroad.
The goal is to bring you up to speed within six years to take one of our key management positions.
Depends on your qualification & experience, you will start your career within JSG in one of the following positions in Hong Kong, or other countries:
  • Project Engineer
  • Branch Manager
  • TQM Officer
  • Field Engineer
  • Technical Support Engineer
  • Sales Engineer
  • Executive Assistant to Senior Management
  • Service Engineer
Mobility needs you
Our career program requires you to be passionate for our customers and people, to be team oriented and to have a burning desire to develop your skills.  You will qualify for our ambitious program, if you are:
  • Degree holder from a reputable accredited University, preferably in engineering or business administration
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Having proven extra curricular activities records
  • Internationally mobile and willing to relocate
